  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 1 piece Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 piece Red Onion
  • 200 gram Cherry Tomatoes
  • 20 gram Fresh Parsley
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Chop the cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chopped vegetables, and fresh parsley.
