  • 4 piece Oranges
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 handful Fresh mint leaves
  • 1 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the oranges.
  2. Thinly slice the red onion.
  3. Finely chop the fresh mint leaves.
  4. Deseed and finely chop the green chili.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced oranges, red onion, mint leaves, and green chili.
