Ingredients
  • 2 cup Oats
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil over low heat. Stir in maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, pressing down lightly to form flat rounds.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
