  • 1 cup Onion
  • 1 cup Bell pepper
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Okra
  • 2 cup Tomatoes
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large pot. Add onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic. Saute until vegetables are tender.
  2. Add okra, tomatoes, vegetable broth, Cajun seasoning, and hot sauce. Bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  4. Serve hot with rice or bread.
