Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 10 gram Fresh coriander leaves
  • 4 piece Lemon wedges
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  4. Add the potato wedges to the bowl and toss until they are coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Arrange the potato wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the wedges are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with lemon wedges.
