Ingredients
  • 500 gram Tomatoes
  • 250 gram Cucumber
  • 150 gram Red bell pepper
  • 100 gram Red onion
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 20 gram Fresh basil leaves
  • 20 gram Fresh parsley leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Roughly chop the tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic cloves, basil leaves, and parsley leaves.
  2. In a blender, combine the chopped vegetables, olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Tabasco sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  5. Serve the gazpacho chilled, garnished with additional fresh herbs if desired.
