Ingredients
  • 400 gram Green Beans
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Saute until translucent.
  3. Add blanched green beans, red chili flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  4. Cook for 5-7 minutes, until the green beans are tender but still crisp.
  5. Serve hot as a side dish.
