Ingredients
  • 2 piece Ripe Plantains
  • 1 piece Sweet Potato
  • 4 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the plantains and sweet potato.
  2. In a bowl, mix salt, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan.
  4. Coat the plantains and sweet potato slices with the spice mixture.
  5. Fry the slices in the hot oil until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
