Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cucumbers
  • 2 piece Green chili peppers
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the cucumbers.
  2. Remove the seeds from the green chili peppers and chop them.
  3. In a blender, add the cucumbers, green chili peppers, lime juice, garlic, cilantro, Greek yogurt, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Blend until smooth.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a pot and add water.
  6. Bring the soup to a simmer over medium heat and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  8. Serve chilled and garnish with fresh cilantro.
