Ingredients
  • 2 cup Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 medium Tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions and garlic until golden.
  2. Add tomatoes, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add chickpeas and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Stir in lemon juice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
  5. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
