  • 200 gram Cashews
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cashews, olive oil, red chili powder, cumin powder, salt, and lemon juice.
  3. Spread the cashews on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them cool.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
