  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 50 gram Red Onion
  • 20 gram Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Grate the carrots and finely chop the red onion and fresh cilantro.
