Ingredients
  • 2 cup Butternut squash
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the butternut squash into cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, maple syrup, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the squash cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Transfer the coated squash cubes to a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until caramelized and tender.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
