Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 4 cup Spinach
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • to taste Pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, spinach, diced red bell pepper, sliced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined.
