Ingredients
  • 1 can Black Beans
  • 1 medium Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 1 small Jalapeno Pepper
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 medium Lime
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  2. Finely chop the red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the black beans, chopped vegetables, and cilantro.
  4. Squeeze the juice of the lime over the salad.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the salad.
  6. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
