Ingredients
  • 200 gram Pasta
  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Red onion
  • 2 teaspoon Jalapeno
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, black beans, red bell pepper, corn kernels, red onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, cumin powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
