  • 1 piece Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 4 ounce Tortilla chips
Instructions
