Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Wash and peel the potatoes. Slice them into thin rounds.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Arrange the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the potato slices are crispy and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve the spiced potato crisps as a snack or appetizer.
