Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the carrots into sticks.
  3. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle fresh cilantro and drizzle fresh lemon juice over the roasted carrots.
  8. Serve as an appetizer or a side dish.
