Ingredients
  • 400 gram Chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  3. In a bowl, combine the olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  4. Add the chickpeas to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  5. Spread the chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 5 minutes.
  8. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
  9. Serve as a snack or as a side dish.
