Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, turmeric powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until well coated with the spice mixture.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and drizzle with lemon juice.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
