Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add the chopped carrots to the pan and cook until tender.
  4. Transfer the cooked carrots to a blender or food processor.
  5. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and fresh cilantro to the blender.
  6. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  7. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
