Ingredients
  • 500 gram Cabbage
  • 100 gram Coconut
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 2 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add curry leaves, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Saute for a minute and then add chopped onion. Cook until onion turns translucent.
  3. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add shredded cabbage and coconut. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add water, cover the pan, and let it cook for 10-15 minutes or until the cabbage is tender.
  6. Remove the lid and cook for another 2-3 minutes to evaporate any excess moisture.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
