  • 400 gram Baby carrots
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 10 gram Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the baby carrots with olive oil, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the spiced carrots on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the carrots are tender.
  5. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
