  4. Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
