Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Noodles
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Bell peppers
  • 1 cup Cabbage
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 0.5 cup Green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add sliced carrots, bell peppers, and cabbage to the pan. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine with the vegetables.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the noodles. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
