  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Broccoli
  • 150 gram Asparagus
  • 150 gram Snap peas
  • 150 gram Red bell pepper
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add carrots, broccoli, asparagus, snap peas, and red bell pepper to the skillet.
