Ingredients
  • 200 gram Spaghetti
  • 150 gram Textured Vegetable Protein
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Saute until onion becomes translucent.
  3. Add textured vegetable protein and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the sauce over cooked spaghetti. Enjoy!
