Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 2 can Canned Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 leaves Fresh Basil
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  2. Add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
  3. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve the spaghetti sauce over cooked pasta, and garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
