Ingredients
  • 1 cup Soya beans
  • 2 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, broccoli)
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 stalks Spring onions
  • 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Boil the soya beans until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add the boiled soya beans and season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Stir fry for another 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped spring onions and toasted sesame seeds.
  7. Serve hot.
