Ingredients
  • 1 cup Soy milk okara
  • 1 cup Almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the soy milk okara, almond flour, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Scoop tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  7. Flatten each cookie slightly with the back of a spoon.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  10. Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
