Ingredients
  • 200 gram Soy milk chocolate
  • 2 teaspoon Coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoon Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Sea salt
  • 0.5 cup Fresh berries
  • 4 sprig Mint leaves
Instructions
  1. Melt the soy milk chocolate with coconut oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone cupcake molds.
  4. Place in the refrigerator to set for at least 1 hour.
  5. Once set, remove the chocolate cups from the molds.
  6. Fill each cup with fresh berries.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
