In a mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with breadcrumbs, egg, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Shape the mixture into hamburger steak patties.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
