Ingredients
  • 2 cup Cabbage
  • 2 medium Carrots
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage and julienne the carrots.
  2. Dice the red bell pepper.
