  • 4 cup Yellow Squash
  • 4 cup Zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Basil
  • 2 tablespoon Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
  1. Slice the yellow squash and zucchini into rounds.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and onion to the skillet and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the sliced squash, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and cook until tender.
  5. Stir in fresh basil and cook for an additional minute.
  6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
