  • 4 cup Corn Kernels
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the skillet and sauté until they become soft and translucent.
  3. Add corn kernels to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
