Ingredients
  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 wedge Lime
  • 4 tablespoon Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the cauliflower into florets.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix well.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  5. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and slightly charred.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Squeeze lime juice over the roasted cauliflower.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
