Ingredients
  • 2 cup Sorrel leaves
  • 2 medium Potatoes
  • 1 small Onion
  • 4 cup Vegetable broth
  • 4 tablespoon Sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh dill
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the sorrel leaves.
  2. Peel and dice the potatoes.
  3. Chop the onion.
  4. In a large pot, bring the vegetable broth to a boil.
  5. Add the potatoes, onion, and sorrel leaves to the pot.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
  7. Using an immersion blender, blend the soup until smooth.
  8. Season with salt and black pepper.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with a dollop of sour cream and fresh dill.
