Ingredients
  • 200 gram Green papaya
  • 100 gram Carrot
  • 50 gram Long beans
  • 100 gram Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 piece Thai bird's eye chili
  • 1 tablespoon Palm sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 3 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Roasted peanuts
Instructions
  1. Peel and shred the green papaya and carrot.
  2. Cut the long beans into 2-inch pieces.
  3. In a mortar, pound the garlic and Thai bird's eye chili together.
  4. Add palm sugar, fish sauce, and lime juice to the mortar and mix well.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded papaya, carrot, long beans, cherry tomatoes, and the prepared dressing.
  6. Toss everything together until well combined.
  7. Let the salad rest for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  8. Serve the Som Tum garnished with roasted peanuts.
