Ingredients
  • 500 gram Yam
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel the yam and cut it into steaks about 1 inch thick.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush both sides of the yam steaks with the oil mixture.
  5. Place the yam steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the yam steaks are soft and golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
