  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 wedge Lemon
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Trim the tough ends of the asparagus spears.
  3. Place the asparagus on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Crush the garlic cloves and sprinkle over the asparagus.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Toss everything together to evenly coat the asparagus.
  7. Roast in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly charred.
  8. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the roasted asparagus.
