Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Jalapeno pepper
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 3 tablespoon Black olives
Instructions
  1. In a bowl, mix together flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Gradually add water and olive oil while kneading the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, dice the jalapeno pepper and grate the cheddar cheese.
  5. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  7. Sprinkle diced jalapeno pepper, grated cheddar cheese, and black olives evenly over the dough.
  8. Starting from one long side, tightly roll up the dough to form a log.
  9. Place the log onto the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Allow the snake bread to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
