Ingredients
  • 300 gram Carrots
  • 4 teaspoon Tahini
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the carrots into small pieces.
  2. Boil the carrots until they are tender.
  3. Drain the carrots and let them cool for a few minutes.
  4. In a blender or food processor, add the cooked carrots, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, salt, and water.
  5. Blend until smooth and creamy.
