Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Collard greens
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the collard greens into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add onion and garlic to the pot and saute until translucent.
  4. Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add collard greens to the pot and saute for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  6. Pour in vegetable broth and apple cider vinegar.
  7. Cover the pot and simmer for 15-20 minutes until collard greens are tender.
  8. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
