Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the black beans.
  2. In a blender or food processor, combine the black beans, red onion, garlic cloves, chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, lime juice, cumin powder, smoked paprika, salt, and fresh cilantro.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  5. Add the black bean mixture to the saucepan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
