Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Canned beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and minced garlic cloves, sauté until golden brown.
  3. Stir in tomato paste, smoked paprika, and cumin powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add canned beans, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot, garnished with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
