Ingredients
  • 4 piece Corn on the cob
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 piece Lime wedges
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them completely. Remove the silks.
  4. Brush the seasoned oil mixture onto the corn, making sure to coat all sides.
  5. Pull the husks back up to cover the corn.
  6. Place the corn on the grill and close the lid. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
  7. Remove the corn from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the husks and serve the smoked corn on the cob with lime wedges and fresh cilantro.
