Ingredients
  • 500 gram New Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 2 sprig Fresh Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the new potatoes and cook for about 15 minutes until fork-tender.
  3. Drain the potatoes and transfer them to a baking sheet.
  4. Using a fork or potato masher, gently press down on each potato to flatten it slightly.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and season with minced garlic, fresh rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
