  • 15 ounce Kidney beans
  • 15 ounce Black beans
  • 2 can Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Corn kernels
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cup Vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. In a slow cooker, combine kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, corn kernels, onion, bell pepper, garlic cloves, chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, vegetable broth, and lime juice.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low heat for 4 hours.
  4. Once cooked, stir in fresh cilantro.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
