Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 4 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and water.
  3. Add the sliced carrots to the slow cooker and stir to coat them with the sauce.
  4. Cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the carrots are tender.
  5. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
